How to Renew DL Online (Step-by-Step)

Visit Sarathi Portal

Go to `sarathi.parivahan.gov.in` and select your state. Select **"Apply for DL Renewal"** under the Driving License menu.

Enter DL & DOB

Enter your Driving License number and Date of Birth. If your DL is very old (not on Sarathi), you may need to apply for **"DL Backlog"** first.

Upload Form 1A (If >40)

If you are over 40 years old, you **must** upload a Medical Certificate (Form 1A) signed by a government doctor.
