How to Renew Driving License Online (2026)
Renew your driving license within one year of its expiry to avoid a driving test. After one year, you must undergo a re-test.
- Visit Sarathi Parivahan: Access the official portal and select your state.
- Select 'Apply for DL Renewal': Click on 'Driving Licence Related Services' > 'Apply for DL Renewal'.
- Enter DL Details: Input your Driving License number and Date of Birth. Verify your details.
- Fill Application (Form 9): Select the state and RTO for renewal. Confirm your details.
- Select Services: Check the box for "Renewal of DL". You can also update your address or change biometrics simultaneously.
