How to Apply for Permanent Driving License (2026)
Follow these steps to convert your Learner's License into a Permanent DL. You must apply after 30 days of holding a valid LL and before it expires (within 6 months).
- Visit Sarathi Parivahan: Go to the official Parivahan Sewa portal and select your state.
- Choose 'Apply for Driving Licence': Find this option in the 'Licence Related Services' menu.
- Provide LL Details: Enter your valid Learner's License number and Date of Birth.
